OF PRESIDENT OF AR
On May 21, 1999 the Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On refugee and IDP status " and " On the social protection of IDPs and the persons equal to them " was adopted.
Decrees and the orders on refugees and the IDPs signed by the President of the Republic Haydar Aliyev in 1995-2003 clearly approves, that their problems is the problem number one for our state.
THE INTERNATIONAL DOCUMENTS CONSTITUTION OF AR
On December 8, 1992 the Republic of Azerbaijan joined “The Geneva convention on refugee status» of 1951 and the Report of 1967 on making additions to it. According to the requirements of the specified international document the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On refugee and IDP status" was adopted in 1999.
The constitution of the Republic was accepted on November 12, 1995 by national voting (referendum) and came into force on November 27 of the specified year. In the present section the extractions from the Constitution, reflecting human rights is pointed out.
