The State Sector and international organizations

In general, during 2001-2011 years, 70 settlements and houses in 1 million 218 thousand square meters area, including 128 schools, 5 music schools, 42 kindergartens, 46 health facilities, 33 communication facilities, road of 582, 5 kilometers length, 702,5 kilometers of water pipeline, 1130 kilometers HTL, 185, 6 kilometers gas pipeline, 38,4 kilometers sewerage pipeline, 6,3 kilometers of heating pipeline was constructed, irrigation works were carried out in 11 thousand hectares and 589 transformers of various power were installed for 21600 IDP and refugee families (107 thousand persons) through 921,953 million manats allocated from the Reserve Fund of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (17 million manats), State Oil Fund (857,9 million manats) and other resources (47,053 million manats).
