On the funds considered in other sources on improvement of entrepreneurship to be collected in Azerbaijan Republic National Fund for Entrepreneurship Support To provide implementation of the Decree No. 779 “On approving the Regulation on Azerbaijan Republic National Fund for Entrepreneurship Support” of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated August 27, 2002, Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan DECIDES: 1. Together with the Ministry of Economic Development Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan to assure assembling the investments intended in the below-mentioned sources in the Azerbaijan Republic National Fund for Entrepreneurship Support: - allocation intended for “ investment support for small entrepreneurship” in the state budget as well as “giving credit to IDPs to be engaged in agriculture”; - allocation intended for “farm credit allowance fund” in the state budget; - allocation intended for “farm credit allowance fund” in the state budget; - expenses in accordance with creating new work places in the framework of financing of employment measure; - The part of the money specified by the legislation that gained as a result of state premise privatization to finance for supporting entrepreneurship by government. 2. The following decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan to become invalid: - The Order No. 61 “in accordance with approving the Regulation on formation and distributing rule of Azerbaijan Republic National Fund for Entrepreneurship Support” of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan of February 1, 1993; - The decision No. 110 “on approving the Regulation on sharing and utilizing of the investment considered in the Article “ investment supportfor small entrepreneurship” of the state budget” of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan of September 29, 1997; - The decision No. 123 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan of June 08, 1998 on amendments and annexes made to the Decision No. 110 “on approving the Regulation on sharing and utilizing of the investment considered in the Article “investment support for small entrepreneurship” of the state budget” of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan of September 29, 1997. - The decision No. 3 “On approving the Regulation on distribution and utilization of the investment considered in the Article “investment support for small entrepreneurship” of the state budget” of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan of January 09, 1999; - The Decision No. 204 “On approving the rules and conditions for giving credit to IDPs to be engaged in agriculture” of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan of November 06, 2000. 3.
