On prolonging the term of average monthly salary giving for IDPs who have worked in the enterprises, organizations financed from the budget, dismissed from their position not depending on them In accordance with prolonging the term of average monthly salary giving for IDPs who have worked in the enterprises, organizations financed from the budget, dismissed from their position not depending on them the Cabinet of Ministers DECIDES: 1. The term of the 2nd Item of the Decision No.181 of Cabinet of Ministers of May 01, 1994 “On improving the living conditions for IDPs who have worked in the enterprises, organizations financed from the budget, dismissed from their position not depending on them” to be extended to January 1, 2004. 2. To commend the Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health and Executive Powers of occupied regions of the Azerbaijan Republic that, after specifying the list of IDPs who have worked in the enterprises, organizations financed from the budget, dismissed from their position not depending on them and who haven’t employed, they will present the information on their employment to the Ministry of Finance every term on the form defend by it. 3. On the basis of the lists presented by executive powers of the regions through United Universal Joint-Stock Bank to give average monthly salary to IDPs who have worked in the enterprises, organizations financed from the budget, dismissed from their position not depending on them and who haven’t employed, on the regions they have temporarily settled in. 4. Supervision for the implementation of the Decision to be commended to the Section on the problems of refugees and IDPs and migration, science, culture, national education and social problems, of the Department of Affairs of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic 5. The current Decision shall be valid only when it’s signed. Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan
