On paying average monthly salary giving in 2006 for IDPs who have worked in the enterprises, organizations financed from the budget, dismissed from their position not depending on them

In accordance with paying average monthly salary giving to IDPs who have worked in the enterprises, organizations financed from the budget, dismissed from their position not depending on them the Cabinet of Ministers DECIDES:

1. The term of the 2nd Item of the Decision No.182 of Cabinet of Ministers of May 01, 1994 “On improving the living conditions for IDPs who have worked in the enterprises, organizations financed from the budget, dismissed from their position not depending on them and haven’t employed” to be extended to December 30, 2006.

2. Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic, Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan Republic, Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan Republic, other appropriate government bodies and Execution Powers of the occupied regions:

The specified list of IDPs, who have worked in the enterprises, organizations financed from the budget, dismissed from their position not depending on them and who haven’t worked in anywhere after the territories of the regions that they had lived in being occupied, to be presented to the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic for ten months; intended average salary to be provided to IDPs on the basis of preciously specified lists;

Together with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, to hold definite measures for IDPs under pension age to be employed appropriately and to present the report on the done works in this direction to the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic.

3. It should be considered that, when IDPs are resigned with their applications, as well as when withdraw from the work offered them on their professions and with the salary more than the one intended in the first item of the Decision paying average monthly salary is stopped for employed İDPs who are temporarily settled in the different regions of the republic after the occupation.

4. The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of Azerbaijan Republic to held the measures for IDPs who have worked in the enterprises, organizations financed from the budget; dismissed from their position not depending on them and who haven’t employed to make use of the state assistance considered in the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On the state address social assistance” since January 01, 2007.

5. Deputy prime minister, chairman of State Committee on the affairs of refugees and internally displaced persons, Ali Hasanov to be entrusted on Supervision for the implementation of the Decision.

6. The current Decision shall be valid since January 1, 2006.
