The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan ENACTS in accordance with Order 2475 of the 31st of October, 2007 issued by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan making supplements to “The State Program on improvement of living conditions and increase of employment of refugees and internally displaced persons”, confirmed by Order 298 of the 1st of July, 2004 issued by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on making amendments to Enactment 47 of the 1st of March, 2007 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On amendments in the structure of the State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Refugees and IDPs Issues”:

Pursuant to Paragraph 7 of Article 119 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan enacts for the purpose of social protection of internally displaced persons worked in establishments, organizations financed from the budget, deprived of the job in view of the reasons not depending on them and not procured with job:

With the purpose of provision of the social security of internally displaced persons who were previously employed by organizations and entities financed from the state budget and lost their jobs due to the circumstances not depending on themselves and currently unemployed the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic DECIDES:
