Of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on Additional Actions for Acceleration of the Socio-economic Development of Agdam Region

For taking additional actions in the direction of the development of socio-economic develop­ment of Agdam region, as well as acceleration of beautification and construction activities, improvement of health services provided for population I hereby decide:
  1. To allocate 2,0 million (two million) manats to the Executive Power of Agdam Region from the Reserve Fund of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic considered in the state budg­et of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2008.
     
  2. The Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic should ensure the payment of the funds considered in paragraph 1 of this Order.
     
  3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic shall resolve all the issues arising dur­ing the implementation of this Order.
     
  4. This Order comes into effect from the day of signing.
