Decree on approval of the Charter of State Committee of Refugees and Internally Displayed Persons of the Republic of Azerbaijan

In order to improve normative and juridical bases of the activity of the State Committee of Refugees and Internally Displayed Persons of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decide:
 
  1. The Charter of the State Committee of Refugees and Internally Displayed Persons of the Republic of Azerbaijan to be approved (is attached).
     
  2. The Cabinet of Ministers to decide the issues implied for the implementation of this Decree.
     
  3. This Decree is entered into force from the date of its publication.
