THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC

DECREE

№ 60

9th of April 2009, Baku

Regarding additional measures on social security of internally displaced persons who were previously employed by organizations and entities financed from the state budget and lost their jobs due to the circumstances not depending on themselves and currently unemployed.
 

    With the purpose of provision of the social security of  internally displaced persons who were previously employed by organizations and entities financed from the state budget and lost their jobs due to the circumstances not depending on themselves and currently unemployed the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic  DECIDES:

  1. The term of the 2nd paragraph of the Decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic № 181 dated on May 10th 1994 "Regarding the improvement of life conditions of internally displaced persons who were previously employed by organizations and entities financed from the state budget and lost their jobs due to the circumstances not depending on themselves and currently unemployed", shall be extended till the 1st of January, 2010.
     
  2. The Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic, the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan Republic, the Ministry of Tourism and Culture of Azerbaijan Republic, other relevant public organs, and Executive Committees of the occupied territories shall be assigned to strengthen the appropriate measures for employment of internally displaced persons to the relevant open (vacant) positions within the organizations under their supervision and provide a report on the executed activities to the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic once in a quarter.
     
  3. The Ministry of Labor and Social Security of Azerbaijan Republic shall be assigned to insure execution of appropriate measures on employment of internally displaced persons who addressed to the organs providing employment services in the order defined by the legislation.
     
  4. This decree is joining into the force starting from 1st of January, 2009.
