Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on additional measures for the improvement of housing-living conditions of internally displaced families

In the framework of the State Programme on Improvement of Living Conditions of internally displaced people and Increasing their Employment, there have been constructed 63 new settlements for IDP families in different cities and regions of the country, close to 100 thousand such people have been moved to new houses, more than 150 educational, about 50 medical, tens of communication facilities and cultural points have been given to use, as well as appropriate infrastructure has been established. Currently, measures in the direction of the solution of social problems of IDPs and improvement of their housing- living conditions are ongoing.
According to the State Programme, in order to build new multistory buildings for 700 IDP families, I am deciding: 
1. The amount in the size of 14 (fourteen) million Manat shall be allocated to the State Committe on Refugees and IDPs Issues from the Reserve Fund of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan envisaged in the 2010 state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan, for the designing and starting the construction of new high storey buildings for the improvement of the housing-living conditions of IDP families.
2. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall provide the financing of the amount defined in the Point 1 of this Decree. 
3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall settle the issues coming out from this Decree.
