On some issues connected with payment of educational expenses of IDPs getting paid education in state higher education institutions of Azerbaijan Republic

 

THE DECISION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC

According to the Part 2 of the Order №1722, dated on September 14, 2011 “On payment of educational expenses of IDPs getting paid education in state higher education institutions of Azerbaijan Republic”, the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic DECIDES that:
1.     Individual Agreement between the state higher education institution and the citizen of Azerbaijan Republic, who has the status of IDP and gets paid education, concerning the relations between the IDPs getting paid education in state higher education institutions and the state higher education institution rendering educational services to them, should be approved in accordance with the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On status of Refugees and IDPs (persons displaced within the country)” (Annex 1).
2.      Model Framework Agreement on paying, at the expense of state budget, the costs of educational services rendered to persons getting paid education in state higher education institutions and those who have a status, with the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic, concerning the relations between the higher education institution rendering educational services to the IDPs getting paid education in state higher education institutions of Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic should be approved in accordance with the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “on status of refugees and IDPs (persons displaced within the country)” (Annex 2).
 
3.The Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic together with the State Committee of Azerbaijan Republic on Deals of Refugees and IDPs, State Commission of Azerbaijan Republic on Student Admission and heads of state higher education institutions:
3.1. Should for the appropriate academic year submit the list of IDPs admitted to bachelor and master degrees of state higher education institutions on different specialities, to the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic by October 1 every year;
3.2. should provide submission of corresponding data about persons mentioned in part 1 of this decision to the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan Republic within a month and returning the unused part of the fund allocated for those persons from the state budget, if any changes appear in status and education form of the those persons.
4. This decision takes effect from the date it is signed.
