    • The order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Republican commission for international humanitarian help

    1. In order to reorganize the works, carried out due to the humanitarian help received in Azerbaijan and considering the changes made in the Presidential Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and also in the Ministry of the Republic Republican commission for international humanitarian and technical help should be created as following:

    The chairman of the commission:
    Izzat Rustamov - the deputy prime minister

    Commission members:

    Fatma Abdulazade - the chief of the humanitarian policy department of the Presidential office.
    Vagif Qasimov - a parliament member, chairman of the commission for refugess and the relations with the compatriots living abroad of the National assembly.
    Hadi Rajabov - the chief of the department for refugee and IDP issues of the Administrative office of the Ministry.
    Araz Azimov - the deputy minister of foreign affairs.
    Lydia Rasulova – the minister of education.
    Babek Mamedov – the chairman of Azerbaijan state TV broadcasting company
    Ilgar Ragimov - the deputy minister of labor and social protection of population.
    Ali Insanov - Minister of Health.
    Daghlar Abdullayev - the chief of the military-medical management of the Ministry of Defense.
    Yusif Aliyev - the first assistant to the State committee for refugee and IDP issues.
    Sattar Mekhbaliyev – the chairman of the Trade Unions Confederation
    Zahid Dunyamaliyev - the first deputy minister of internal affairs.
    Adalat Aliyev - the general director of “Azal” state concern.
    Aydin Bashirov - the head of the Caspian Sea steamship line.
    Aghadadash Mammadov – the deputy chairman of the State committee.
    Abdulhalim Akhmadzade – the chairman of the "The Red half moon» Society
    Vakhid Nadirli - the chief of Azerbaijan railways
    Yusif Samedoghli - a parliament member, the chair of the foreign affairs commission of the National assembly.

    2. A permanent group under the Commission for international humanitarian and technical help consisting of 7 persons should be created. To charge the head of the Commission with the task of management and defining the status of the group, as well as its content. The established posts of the working group should be defined as following:

  • The head of the working group - 1
  • The deputy head of the working group - 1
  • Person in responsibility - 5

    3. To charge the Ministry of Azerbaijan Republic with the solution of the problems connected with the acting of the present order.

    4. To recognize the order no. 385 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of April 26, 1993 inefficient.
