    In February, 1992 one of the most awful tragedies of XX century has been accomplished: Xodjali, located in Nagorniy-Garabakh where lived 6.000 Azeris, by means of the Soviet armies for one night has been destroyed by the Armenian armed formations, 613 peace citizens were brutally, violently killed, 150 peoples was missing. As a result of this bloody tragedy 1000 peoples have received a mutilation of a different degree, 1275 people - old men, women and children have been taken prisoner and subjected to awful insulting and to suffer indignity.
