By the Order of President of Azerbaijan Republic on 7th of April 2008 the leader of Azerbaijani Community in Karabakh, the Head of Shusha Rayon Executive power Nizami Bahmanov was awarded with “Honor” medal for his efficient performance on the civil service in Azerbaijan Republic. After his decease the “Honor” medal was presented to N.Bahmanov’s family members. The Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of State Refugee Committee Mr. Ali Hasanov presenting the award mentioned that Ilham Aliyev highly appreciates N.Bahmanovs performance both as the leader of Azerbaijani Community in Karabakh and as the Head of Shusha Rayon Executive Power.
     Nizami Bahmanov’s wife Mrs. Zemfira Bahmanova expressed her gratitude on behalf of her family to the president of republic for his attention and care. According to her Ilham Aliyev’s attention and care is the indicator of his attitude not only toward her family also toward all the Karabakh people.
