63 new settlements were constructed and bout 100 thousand citizens were removed to the new houses, more than 150 educational, about 50 health, tens of communication and cultural facilities were constructed and given to the use of IDPs, the appropriate infrastructure were created in various cities and regions of the country under the “State Program for improvement of IDPs and refugees living standards and increase their employment”. Currently the works carried out for solution the social problems and improvement of the living conditions of IDPs are being successively go on.
With the purpose of construction of the new multi-storey buildings for about 700 IDPs families in accordance with the State Program I decide:
1. Allocate 14 (fourteen) million manat from the Reserve Fund of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic envisaged in the state budget for 2010 of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the State Committee for IDPs and Refugees Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic for designing and construction of the multi-storey buildings with the purpose of improvement of IDPs living standards.
2. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan should implement the financing of the funds stated in the 1st article of this Decree in defined form.
3. The cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan should solve the other issues coming from this Decree.
