The extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mohsun Pakayin visited the State Committee on Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons.

Deputy Prime Minister, the chairman of the State Committee on Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, the chairman of Republican Commission on International Humanitarian Assistance, Mr. Ali Hasanov had a visit from the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Azerbaijan, Mohsun Pakayin in December 9. The discussions on the results of the official call paid by the Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Ali Hasanov to Tehran on November 23-27, 2014 at the invitation of the Minister of Cooperatives, Labour and Social welfare, Ali Rabie of the Islamic Republic of Iran with a view to develop humanitarian cooperation further between our states and efficient meetings conducted with a numerous state officials of the neighbor state and chairmen of the international humanitarian organizations within the confines of this official call program were held. Speaking about conducted meetings and negotiations in Iran, the Deputy Prime Minister stated that the meetings held with the first vice-president Eshag Jahangiri of the neighbor state, Co-chair of the State Commission for cooperation between Iran and Azerbaijan in economic, trade and humanitarian spheres, the Minister of Communication and Information Technology, Mahmoud Vaizi, the Minister of Cooperatives, Labour and Social welfare, Ali Rabie were of special importance. Regarding Iran-Azerbaijan relations and expressing his satisfaction on the development of mutual cooperation relations in all spheres, A.Hasanov mentioned the importance of extending this cooperation not only in economic sphere, but in humanitarian sphere as well and stated that extensive exchange of views was held on these issues within the confines of official call program.
