Lots were drawn related to the resettlement in new apartments of IDPs resided in Binagadi district

On October 12, a draw ceremony was held related to the resettlement in newly built and fully renovated apartments in Masazir settlement of Absheron district of IDP families resided in the damaged building in “Shafag” boarding house in Binagadi district under the participation of officials of Commission established in the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and IDPs, Binagadi district Executive Power, deputy heads of executive powers of occupied regions and IDPs. At the event, making a speech the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and IDPs Garay Farhadov talked about works implemented to settle the problems of refugees and IDPs more than one million who have been displaced from their lands as a result of Armenian aggressive policy, to improve their living conditions, to provide them with job, education, medical and other services. It was said that, the National Leader of our People Heydar Aliyev declared this problem as a number one problem of our country and the first asset from the successful oil strategy was directed to improve the living conditions of people in this category. The humanist policy that is founded by the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev is successfully continued by the head of our state Mr. Ilham Aliyev. Then the draw ceremony was held. IDP families from Shusha, Aghdam and Lachin regions have owned new apartments by drawing lots in turn.
